- 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg
- Chocolate bars
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut your sheets in rectangles or triangles depending on whether you want to make croissants or pain au chocolat.
- Put a bar of chocolate in the middle and roll them to shape them into pastries.
- Put them on the parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix the egg and with a brush, cover each pastry to get that golden look.
- Put in the oven until golden/brown.
- Enjoy!
* You could substitute the chocolate bars for anything else!!!

These look really good, the kids and I recently learned to make these after watching that movie, "It's Complicated." We normally either put a small hershey bar in it or those chocolate chips for cookie making. Course if you use the chips you should be very careful eating them as they get REALLY hot.
