Ingredients:- 150g of butter
- 150g of caster sugar
- 175g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g of chocolate chips
- Liquid food colouring ( I used green, blue and red)
- 1tsp of baking powder
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Put cases in a cupcake pan.
- Crack the eggs in a large bowl and mix.
- Add all the ingredients to the mix and beat with a mixer.
- Divide the mixture in different bowls and add the food colorants.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Separate into each cupcake cases and put in the oven
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool and then ice as you wish.
- EAT!

I made multi-coloured cup cakes once. For my kids at summer school.
Sugar + Artificial colours = bad, bad idea with 5 year olds.
