Ingredients:
- An 18x18 pan
- 135g chocolate
- 80g butter
- 165g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 130g flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 100g walnuts
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Break chocolate in pieces, add butter and put the bowl in the microwave for 1min 20sec.
- In a bowl mix the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and the melted choc/butter mix.
- Add the chopped walnuts (you can definitely break them with your hands).
- Butter your pan and put the brownie mix in the pan, smooth out evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
* You could add pecans or choc chips!
